Private Social Club

Privacy Policy

Development Draft

1. Our Privacy Approach

Private Social Club is designed to provide a private membership environment where adults can meet, socialize, build genuine connections, and communicate with other members.

We aim to collect and retain only the information reasonably necessary to operate member accounts, profiles, safety features, support, and the club itself.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on the features used, the club may collect information such as:

  • name
  • email address
  • account credentials
  • membership and payment status
  • profile information provided by the member
  • approved profile photo
  • verification status
  • support requests and reports submitted by the member

Additional technical information required for security, fraud prevention, authentication, and normal operation may also be processed when production services are connected.

3. Profile Information

Information intentionally placed in a member profile may be visible to other club members according to the club's profile and privacy settings.

Members are responsible for choosing what optional information they wish to include in their profiles.

4. Temporary Conversations

Conversations inside the Private Social Club are intended to be live and temporary.

While a conversation is active, messages remain available inside that active conversation so participants can read and respond normally.

When a member leaves the conversation, closes it, returns to another area of the club, or ends a private session, the conversation history is not intended to be retained by the Private Social Club.

Shared photos and media are also intended to be temporary and not retained by the club after the conversation ends.

5. Photos and Media

A member may choose to save a photo or other media shared by another member while it is available during a conversation.

Any copy saved by a member remains on that member's own device.

The club does not intend to provide a permanent archive of photos or media exchanged inside temporary conversations.

Profile photos are different. An approved profile photo must remain available as part of the member's active profile.

6. Verification Information

The club may use a professional identity or liveness verification provider to help confirm that a member is a real person and corresponds to the profile photo.

The exact provider, data handling practices, retention periods, and disclosures must be documented before the verification feature is activated in production.

7. Reports and Evidence

Because temporary conversation history is not intended to remain available after a conversation ends, members should preserve evidence before leaving a conversation if they need to report misconduct.

Evidence may include screenshots, saved images, or other relevant information voluntarily submitted to Support.

Information submitted as part of a report may be retained as reasonably necessary to review the report, protect members, enforce club rules, document actions taken, or comply with legal obligations.

8. Support Communications

Messages sent to Support may be retained as necessary to answer questions, investigate reports, resolve technical issues, enforce club rules, and maintain appropriate records of support activity.

9. Payments

When real payment processing is activated, payments may be handled by a third-party payment provider.

Private Social Club should not directly store full payment card numbers when payment processing is handled by an external payment provider.

The production Privacy Policy must identify the actual payment provider and applicable data practices before launch.

10. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards should be used to protect member information.

No online service can guarantee absolute security, and members should also protect their account credentials and personal devices.

11. Age Requirement

Private Social Club is intended only for adults age 18 or older.

12. Policy Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the club develops, new features are added, or legal and operational requirements change.

Material changes should be communicated to members when required.

13. Contact

Members may contact Support with privacy questions, account questions, technical concerns, or reports.

Email Support

The support address shown here must use the official Private Social Club support email before launch.
